Our commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your Netwin report. Because reports are generated instantly and are a personalised digital product, our refund policy is as follows.
Full refund available if
You experienced a technical failure and did not receive your report, or you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet downloaded the report.
No refund available if
The report has been downloaded or accessed, or more than 24 hours have passed since purchase.
How to request a refund
Email hello@netwin.ai within 24 hours of your purchase with your email address and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
Processing time
Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
