Privacy Policy

When you use Netwin, we collect your email address (provided before payment), your responses to the 12-question business assessment, and payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we never see your card details).

Your assessment responses are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your personalised report. Your email is used to confirm your purchase and deliver your report. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

We share your data only with the following third-party processors: Stripe for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy), Resend for email delivery (resend.com/privacy), and Anthropic for AI report generation (anthropic.com/privacy).

Your business description and assessment answers are processed by Anthropic to generate your report. They are not used to train AI models.

We retain your email and purchase record for 7 years for accounting purposes. Assessment data is not stored beyond what is necessary to generate your report.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@netwin.ai.

Netwin uses only essential session cookies required for the assessment flow. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
